RUNNING SNACKS EXPLAINED
How It Started
Hi, I'm Katie. I am an avid runner, hiker, wife and mother of two beautiful children. I also like to eat healthy and stay active. Needless to say, I am busy.
As I was training for a half marathon I found that after a morning run I was lacking energy for the rest of the day and generally lacking energy. After changing my diet to focus on proper nutrition before and after runs, I found I had more energy and was seeing improving mile times.
With my experience in mind I set out to help other runners improve their nutrition and Running Snacks was born.
